ASTZO is a digital service provider that specializes in scalable and optimized web and mobile development, SEO, and business support services. These Terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors of our website and services.

We provide a full range of development and optimization services, including:

• Full Stack Website Development using modern frameworks and technologies such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Express, SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• WordPress Website Development with custom-designed and SEO-friendly WordPress sites with a focus on responsiveness and performance.
• Mobile App Development for cross-platform Android and iOS apps using Flutter and React Native.
• SEO Services covering on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page strategies for long-term growth.
• Website Maintenance with ongoing support and maintenance to keep websites fast, secure, and updated.
• Website Speed Optimization with improvements to Core Web Vitals, server performance, and front-end efficiency.
• Referral Rewards Program where you can earn 15% commissions by referring new clients to ASTZO.

To ensure project success, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information during onboarding.
• Submit required assets (e.g., images, content, credentials).
• Respond to communication and provide feedback promptly.
• Comply with all applicable laws in the use of their website/app.

• All quotes are provided in USD or BDT, depending on the client's location.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start most projects.
• The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery, prior to handover or launch.
• Late payments may result in service delays or project suspension.
• Payments can be made via Payoneer, Bank transfer, Western Union, Remitly, mobile banking, or other supported platforms.

• All projects include a specific number of revisions as agreed in the proposal.
• Minor changes are accepted within this limit. Major changes or out-of-scope requests will be billed separately.
• ASTZO reserves the right to assess whether a requested change qualifies as a revision or scope expansion.

• Estimated delivery dates are provided at the start of each project.
• Timelines may shift based on client response time, project complexity, or additional requests.

• Projects can be cancelled by either party with written notice.
• The client will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
• The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Ownership of final deliverables (code, content, design) transfers to the client upon full payment.
• ASTZO retains the right to display work in its portfolio or marketing material unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• Use of third-party tools or assets (fonts, plugins, templates) may be governed by their respective licenses.

• Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own hosting and domain services unless otherwise arranged.
• ASTZO can assist in setup but is not liable for issues arising from third-party hosting providers.

• Maintenance is offered under monthly or annual contracts and includes updates, backups, minor fixes, and uptime monitoring.
• Emergency fixes outside of a maintenance plan may be subject to an additional hourly fee.

While ASTZO uses proven techniques to improve rankings and visibility, we do not guarantee specific positions or timeframes due to external factors such as search engine algorithm updates and competitor activity.

We offer a Referral Rewards Program to incentivize client referrals:

• Reward: Earn 15% of the total project value when your referred client successfully completes and pays for their project.
• Eligibility: Open to individuals or partners who refer first-time clients.
• Payment: Referral rewards are processed after the project is completed and paid in full.
• Limitations: Rewards apply only to the referred client's first project. No ongoing commission for future work.
• Right to Modify: ASTZO may update or cancel the referral program at any time.

ASTZO is not liable for:

• Losses or damages from the use of our services.
• Downtime or outages caused by third-party providers.
• Delays due to client inaction, third-party delays, or force majeure events.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties unless required for project completion or legal compliance. NDAs are available upon request.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services without notice if:

• You breach any of these Terms
• Your behavior is abusive, threatening, or disruptive
• You fail to make payment as agreed

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal actions arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
